Size and sector together determine whether an entity is essential or important, and Member States may designate others. Classification affects supervision and the level of penalty, not which measures apply.
Entities newly in scope of NIS2 with no internal security function. The obligation is new, the deadline is not negotiable, and there is nobody internally to specify a monitoring programme. Quanovio is used by people who are not security specialists, and it is written for them.
Organisations that already operate a security monitoring platform and a team to run it. They do not need this, and we would rather say so now. The control mapping is available to them separately as a content pack.
